applicable taxes (includes an e-textbook)

A refund will be issued when the
learner requests in writing 7 working days prior to the commencement of the
course. CCA will retain $30 as admin fee. CCA will not facilitate a refund on
cancelations after this period.

Should for any reason the course be
cancelled or postponed, CCA will provide advance notice to Construction
Association of PEI and the learner. If the course is cancelled or postponed CCA
will issue a full refund to the learner.
