  3. Access to plans and specifications from your office or home 24/7/52 via CINet our on-line plans room. All tenders that we process are available on CINet along with addenda, potential bidder’s list and results.
  4. Physical plans room at the Construction Association office. Hardcopy versions of plans and specifications on CINet are available for viewing at the Construction Association office.
