BGIS Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) is a leading provider of real estate management services. This includes facilities management, project delivery services, leasing, and energy and sustainability solutions and building performance.   

Since April 1, 2015, BGIS has been mandated by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) for the delivery of Property Manager and Project Delivery services for the Government of Canada under the Real Property 1 (RP-1) Contracts.
